"We had similar issues like the other 1 star review. We were quoted one amount and every single month the amount has been different and went up a lot these last two months. When I would ask why Roberta response is always “rates go up” or “there’s something wrong with the system”. They told us we would get multi car discount but that didn’t happen. We switched to a new agent and they told us that Robert Pratts office didn’t do anything they told us they were going to do or should I say promised (Roberta likes to use that word too). They even had my name spelled wrong this entire time. One of my cars would not show up on the app and they said well it’s there. I was the account holder and couldn’t see anything in the app but my partner could see it all. The new agent couldn’t find me because they had me under a completely wrong name. I thought my agent prior to them was bad because of communication issues but being lied to is worse than being ignored. My advice find a new agent or go to a completely different company. This office needs to be audited and needs to get their shit together."

"As a licensed Insurance Agent myself I have to say that the Robert Pratt Agency is 5 out of 5 Stars hand down! I usually deal with "Roberta" and she is fantastic. I also have to admit I'm usually calling Roberta at a car Dealership or whenever I need something immediately and she delivers time and time again! Today I upgraded my Wife's vehicle and Roberta had me my new insurance cards/proof of coverage in like 5 minutes. She also saw that I was lacking some coverage where if something happened I'd be in a less than ideal situation as far as being financially liable. She immediately got me to where I need to safely be and went over the changes in price honestly & transparently (HUGE HUGE DEAL in today's society)! "Not very happy. Could not explain why my bill had a huge spike out of nowhere. Roberta was really no help, saying "insurance rates went up" and "you added a new driver. system probably just recognized it now" all nonsense. The other driver was added 4 months ago and clearly none of those reason were correct. Changed agency and they were able to explain. Roberta says she will "save" you money but in reality just spread it through the months to make it seem like you are."
